Brighten a senior's day during this Christmas season! We have two nursing homes in our West region we would like to bless.

Ohio Living Mount Pleasant in Monroe: Let's flood the residents with Christmas cards. It doesn't matter if you can send 1 or 100 because each card will make it into the hands of someone special. Cards can be mailed to: Ohio Living Mount Pleasant, Attention: Kim Porter, 225 Britton Lane, Monroe, OH 45050 or dropped off at the Healthcare center main entrance. Kingston of Miamisburg: Let's shower the residents with love in two ways:

• Contribute 5 purchased or handmade Christmas cards with heartfelt handwritten messages (our goal is a total of 85 cards). Deadline is Dec. 20.

• View the City Lights registry at Walmart.com and purchase a clothing item to assist a resident in need. Deadline is December 15th to allow time to deliver them for the annual Christmas party. If shipping direct to SouthBrook, ship to: Beth Mathews, SouthBrook Christian Church, 9095 Washington Church Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342.

Cards and gifts can be dropped off at the SouthBrook information center Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm or at the City Lights kiosk on Sundays from 9:15am-12:15pm.

• And let's bless the Kingston staff who have worked tirelessly this year while we are at it...donate a store bought cookie platter. Drop off at SouthBrook City Lights kiosk on Dec. 20.
