Kardia is a free, easy to follow, dance fitness class, held every Tuesday, and lead by fitness instructors Jordan and David Lee. Come dance, sweat, and move with us to fun music in this fully embodied faith experience. We meet at the Lebanon United Methodist Church (122 E Silver St, Lebanon, OH 45036) at 7:30-8:30. Park in the back of the building and go in the preschool entrance.
