Pray For Our Teachers | SouthBrook City Lights

This year's Back to School season is unlike any other in our lifetime. Teachers have always been on the front line of society, training up and preparing the next generation for leadership, but this year, that front line is more challenging than ever.

Teachers have to lead stressed children and parents through the school year, all while navigating brand new modes of communication and new regulations. Like many of us, they have to worry about their own safety as well as the safety of the children in their care.

We hope you'll join us on August 23 at SouthBrook to join together and cover our teachers in prayer. As our City Lights initiative keeps moving with the movement of God, we want to make sure our teachers are well-prayed for. Pray in the morning as the home room bell might ring, or pray as you drive by school buildings. Pray as you sit your kids down for their zoom class. Just pray. Ask God to give us all more wisdom and courage than we've ever had.

And if you're a teacher click the button below, let us know here and put your face to your name so we can do our homework and pray for you all year long.
